What I love about Chado...
is that it is a form of entertainment, it is a tea party.
During this tea party or studying how to present one,
you get to enjoy delicious tea and sweets.
The main thing that you learn are manners and grace.
Plus the participation in a tea party, touches on archtechture, art, calligraphy, decoration, flowers, food,
gardens,games, history,incense,language,poetry,pottery,
menus.
Basically there is something for everybody to enjoy.
While eating and drinking and having a good time
you are learning and experiencing culture and art.
Isn't that what art and entertainment is all about.
