We have workshops and classes in tea ceremony, japanese dance, kimono, and flower arrangement.  Also we can do exhibitions or performances for your party or event.  These skills can be incorporated into your everyday life, to make it more healthy and fulfilling. They are very intricate and challenging and at the same time simple. Exercise for your body and mind is the concept for what we do.
